|Abstract:||Teachers occupy the leading position as learning agents to improve the quality of Madrasah institution outcomes. Teachers work loyalty is one of the determining factors in the management of the quality of education in Madrasas. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Compensation and School Environment on Teachers Work Loyalty in MTs Darunnajah. The study was conducted at MTs Darunnajah involving 217 teachers. This research is a correlation-survey study. Data collection using questionnaire techniques, and analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The results revealed that: (1) Compensation had a direct positive effect on work loyalty; (2) The school environment has a direct positive effect on Teachers Work Lolayalits; (3) Compensation has a direct positive effect on the school environment; and (4) Compensation has an indirect effect on teacher work loyalty through the school environment. Through mediating a conducive school environment, compensation influences the work loyalty of teachers. The conclusion of this study, that the increase in teacher work loyalty is determined by the compensation received by the teacher. Furthermore, the increase in work loyalty of teachers is determined conduciveness of the school environment. Improved compensation will have an impact on increasing the conduciveness of the school environment. While the effect of compensation on work loyalty is mediated by factors conducive to the school environment|
