Abstract: This study examine the influence of religiosity (intellectual dimension, ideological, public practice, private practice, religious experience), cultural values (individualism, collectivism), marital commitment (perseverance, long-term orientation, psychological attachment, investment) and demographic factors (gender, individual age, age of spouse, marital duration, level of education, level of income) towards infidelity in married individuals. In this study, infidelity is referred to a condition when one married individual is involved in sexual or emotional relationships with other people who is not his or her marriage couple. Samples are 156 participant (marriage person). Using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study showed that the variables of religiosity, cultural value, marital commitment and demographic factors have significant influence (29.3%) in determining infidelity in married persons. The results of the minor hypothesis test showed that public practice and individualism dimensions have given the two most significant influences on infidelity. The higher the public practice done by an individual, the lower the infidelity will be. In other words, when one individual is giving active participation in a religious group to share religious practice, the tendency for infidelity is low. In addition, the higher the level of one’s individualism, the more likely he or she is to do infidelity.
