Abstract: Abstract In the last three decades, many views of an exclusive and less friendly to ethnic-cultural diversity emerged clearly. Religious ethnic- cultural diversity is considered as a barrier to a political stability. Due to this assumption, the immigrants, minorities and rural residents have been marginalized by the object of political policies with ethnocentrism bias. At the end of the twentieth century and into the twenty-first century, spearheaded by a number of Western countries, a discourse that is more friendly towards multiculturalism has developed to support sensitiveness to diversity, and to recognize the rights and the existence of minorities. Key words: globalization, multiculturalism, inclusiveness, cultural propaganda.
