|Abstract:||The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of the audit committee have no effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure, the characteristics of the audit committee have no effect on stock market reactions at +1 after the issuance of financial statements and have a significant negative effect on stock reactions at +3 after the issuance of financial statements. Leverage does not affect the extent of voluntary disclosure and does not affect stock reactions. Company size does not affect the extent of voluntary disclosure and does not affect stock reactions. The extent of voluntary disclosure does not have an effect as an intervening variable between the characteristics of the audit committee, leverage, and firm size against market reactions.|
