|Abstract:||The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation, education and trainning, and work environment partially and simultaneously to the performance of employees. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample size is 88 people from ministry of cooperative and SMEs RI employees. The result of the research shows that the variables of motivation, education and training and work environment partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI. For academics, it is hoped further research can use this studying as a reference by research , as well as for the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI order to utilize this studying as consideration to be more attentive to needs of employer in improving the performance better.|
