Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of Interlocked Problem Posing Instruction on Student’s Mathematical Creative Thinking. This research was conducted at MTsN 1 Tangerang Selatan on academic year of 2017/2018. The indicators of mathematical creative thinking that measured are, (a) fluency and (b) flexibility. A quasi experiment with two group randomized posttest only control group design method was used. Sample consisted of two groups with experiment group of 31 student and control group of 30 students selected by cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument was the ability test of mathematical creative thinking in the form of essay. The results showed that the average score of students mathematical creative thinking at experiment group was 74 and control group was 60,33. Futhermore, using the t test, obtained t count value 3,632 and sig. (2-tailed) = 0,001 < 0,05, then H0 was rejected. So it can be concluded that student’s mathematical creative thinking who taught by interlocked problem posing instruction is higher than that of students taught by conventional learning.
