|Abstract:||this study ains to investigate whather teahers practice the principles of effective teaching in their regular teaching practies. the concepts of effectives teachinf refets to the classroom factors of the dynamic model of educational effectiveness develoved by creemers and kyiakides (2008). referring to teacher instructional roles that have been emprirically found to affect student outcome the dynamic model proposes eight classroom/ teacher factors.|
