Abstract: This study aims to analyze the factors that can influence the customer's decision in choosing a sharia pawnshop. Sampling techniques in this study using questionnaire data distributed to people in the Tangerang Region who use and have used sharia pawnshops. With a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. And the analysis method used in this study is discriminant analysis. Based on the results of the study using the analysis method. By looking at the sig value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said if each independent variable can be used to identify the customer's decision in choosing a sharia pawnshop. And also from this research can be known as the most dominant factor influencing the customer's decision in choosing a sharia pawnshop namely the Religiosity factor.
