|Abstract:||This study aims to determine the financial strength, competitive advantage, environmental stability, and industry strength in BMT Mekar Da'wah Serpong and to update and choose the right strategy as the response to internal and external environments that are unstable and constantly changing. This study uses descriptive qualitative method, which is a research method that describes the existing problems so as to obtain an overview of the object under study and the problem can be solved correctly.In writing this research, researcher conduct field research to obtain primary data by conducting interview and direct research on party that considered competent. In addition, the researcher also conduct library research to obtain secondary data, namely to obtain scientific and accurate data sourced from books, documents, and other references related to the subject matter, then further analyzed to find out the right phenomena.This study concludes that the results of the Strategic Position and Action Evaluation Matrix (SPACE) show the coordinate points of the vector lines are +4 on the X axis and -0.9 on the Y axis. This shows that the right strategy to be applied to BMT Mekar Da'wah is a Competitive Strategy. Competitive Strategies include Backward Integration, Forward Integration, and Horizontal Integration; market penetration, market development, and product development.|
