|Abstract:||This study aims to see how far the influence of service quality (X1), promotion (X2), price (X3) on customer decisions in proposing financing of gold ownership in Bank BRI Syariah. The sample used in this research is 100 respondents from gold financing customer in Bank BRI Syariah. The method of determining the sample using non probability sampling method by purposive sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data obtained are primary data which is the result of the respondent's answer to the distributed questionnaire. This type of research is quantitative. The result of the research shows that from the regression analysis it appears that the quality of service (X1), promotion (X2), price (X3) has a significant influence on customer's decision in applying for gold ownership.|
