|Abstract:||This research was conducted at PT. Srikandi Diamond Motors. This research consists of the independent variable is the Self-Efficacy, and Work Stress, the dependent variable is Job Performance. This research aims to determine whether there are significant self-efficacy and work stress on the job performance in the PT. Srikandi Diamond Motors South Jakarta either simultaneously or partially. This research is a case study research method is a quantitative method. The data used in the study was the source of primary data and secondary data sources. The sample used in the determination of non-probability sampling technique is sampling saturated, so that got 40 respondents. Data analysis method used is validity, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis with statistical Results partial significance test (t statistic test) of the analysis and discussion research shows that : 1) Self-Efficacy had a significant influence on Job Performance. 2) Work Stress had a significant influence on Job Performance. While result simultaneously significance test (f statistic test) shows that: 3) Self-Efficacy and work stress by were found that a significant influence on marketing staff simultaneously in PT. Srikandi Diamond Motors South Jakarta.|
