Title: Pengaruh pendekatan paikem terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa SMP Islam Al-Fajar Pamulang

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence or contribution PAIKEM approach to social studies students’ learning outcomes on the concept of economic actors in society research is done in the Junior Islam al- Fajar Pamulang in October-November 2010. The subject of this study amounted to 68 students from two classes. Instruments used were achievement test, questionnaire and interview. Test results are used to stady the from of 30 multiple choice questions, afther the test contained 19 questions a valid and reliability. The hypothesis Null Hypothesis (Ho): have no effect PAIKEM approach to social studies students’ learning outcomes on the concept of economic actors in society. Alternative Hypothesis (Ha): there are significant PAIKEM apporche to learning the results of IPS students to the concept to economic actors in socity. And Data Analysis Requirements test was used to tets for normality and homogeneity test indication that these study show that on average afher 77.6 PAIKEM approach compared to the control class students with an average value of 67.00. Result from analysis data using a statistical hypothesis test result tcount-t = 13,42> t table (60,120) =1,99 tcount >t table . So Ho refused and Ha is received, which means that there are significant PAIKEM approach to social studie students’ learning outcomes on the concept of economic actors in socity. Thus it can be interpreted that the artifacts the significance of positive or PAIKEM approach to social studies students’ learning outcomes.
