|Abstract:||This study investigates the influence of professional commitment, rganizational commitment, and demographic factors on whistleblowing ention. A survey of 52 employees of State-owned Enterprises in Jakarta was ndertaken. This study used primary data to obtained important information from he respondents by using purposive sampling method. Statistical analysis method sed is multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicates that rganizational commitment has significant influence in examining the istleblowing intention. However professional commitment and all demographic actors (gender, age, and tenure) tested were found to have no significant luence in examining the whistleblowing intention.|
