Abstract: The research uses secondary data on financial statement or annual reports that have been published by research sample during the period 2011 to 2015. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This research is quantitative research using panel data regression and path analysis with software program eviews 10.0. The results of this research show that the substructure I CSR variable has no significant effect on the financing while third party funds(DPK) has a positive and significant impact on financing. Then the substructure II CSR variable has no effect on ROA, while third party funds (DPK) and financing have positive and significant impact on ROA.
