Abstract: Profit and loss sharing (PLS) based financing continues to increase every year. This financing still ranks second on the entire financing provided by Islamic banks. Therefore, Profit and loss sharing financing need to be improved. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of Third Party Fund (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Spread Profit-Loss Sharing to Profit and loss sharing based financing of Islamic comercial Bank in the period from 2013-2015. The population in this study were 12 Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling and sample consisted of 8 Islamic comercial bank. Types of data used are quarterly reports from the official websites of each Islamic bank. The method used is the method of panel data analysis with a model that is the best estimate Fixed Effect Model (FEM) that is processed through Eviews 7. Regression analysis showed that the variables of Third Party Fund (DPK) and Spread Profit-Loss Sharing has significant impact positively on the Profit and loss sharing (PLS) based financing, while the variable Non Performing Financing (NPF) no significant effect on the Profit and loss sharing (PLS) based financing based on Islamic comercial banks.
