|Abstract:||This study aimed to examine the effect of role ambiguity, emotional intelligence and motivation on the performance of junior auditor. Respondents in this study are the junior auditors who work in public accounting firm in Jakarta. Number of junior auditor that selected as samples were 75 auditors from five public accounting firm in Jakarta. This research was quantitative with the primary data source and used. multiple regression method to analysis the data. The sampling technique used convenience sampling method. The results showed that: (1) The role ambiguity did not effect the performance of junior auditor. (2) emotional intelligence effect the performance of junior auditor. (3) motivation did not effect the performance of junior auditor. (4) and role ambiguity, emotional intelligence and motivation effect the performance of junior auditor.|
