|Abstract:||The data used are primary data by using questionnaires technique distributed to 100 respondents waqf in South Tangerang City. There are 5 variables: motivation, perception, attitudes, religiosity, and decisions. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Software version 20.0 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation, attitude, perception, and religiosity together significantly influence the waqf decision with a significant value 0.000 which is smaller than the significance used 5%. Then, with partially motivation, perception, attitude, and religiosity have a significant effect on waqf decision. The prediction ability of the four dependent variables on the independent variable is 46,9%. While the remaining 53,1% influenced by other factors not included in this research variable.|
