Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, the acquisition of third party funds and interest rate on Non Performing Financing (NPF) in BPRS in Indonesia directly and to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rate, and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Return On Asset (ROA) to BPRS in Indonesia directly and indirectly. Endogenous variables in this study is Return On Assets (ROA) which is a proxy of profitability and Non Performing Financing (NPF). Exogenous variables include inflation, interest rates, and third party funds. The analytical method used is path analysis or path analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS version 20.0. The data used in this study data series (time series) monthly from January 2013 - July 2016. The results suggest that direct inflation has a significant negative effect and third party funds interest rates have a positive effect on Non Performing Financing (NPF). While directly to the Return On Assets (ROA) inflation has a significant positive effect and interest rates and Non Performing Financing (NPF) has a significant negative effect.
