|Abstract:||This study uses panel data analysis approach to Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results showed that human development can be explained by good governance, corruption, GDP Per Capita, and Government Spending about 91.57% (R2). Simultaneously variable Good Governance, Corruption, GDP Per Capita, and Government Spending significant effect on the Human Development About to 89.30% (F-statistics). However partially showed that (1) Good Governance positive and significant impact with a confidence level of 95%. (2) Corruption positive and significant impact with a confidence level of 90% (3) Per Capita GDP and significant negative effect with a confidence level of 95%) and (4) Government Spending negative and significant impact with a 90% confidence level.|
