Abstract: This study aims to determine the strategy of accumulating zakat funds in the State of Singapore. Starting from the institutions responsible for the collection of zakat, the strategy of aggregation and the impact of the implementation of the strategy on the accumulation of zakat funds in Singapore. In this study the authors use a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques are descriptive analysis. The data used in this study were obtained from the observation to the place of research, direct interviews to the relevant sources, as well as the collection of documentation as data collection techniques in this study. The results of this study show: First, based on the Administration of the Law of Islamic Law Act (AMLA) section 68 subsection (1) and (2) and subsection 69 (1) of 1968, concentration of activities, authority and all matters relating to the management, The distribution of zakat is carried out under the responsibility of Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS), precisely in the Unit of Strategy of Zakat and Endowments. Second, MUIS in collecting zakat funds using persuasive and technical strategies. Persuasive strategy is with promotions using brochures or advertisements, marketing personnel with shuttle ball, and religious lectures or regular recitation. Technical strategy (marketing), namely Utilization and Development of Technology and Information (on methods of collection), Product Development is about program work program and empowerment scheme. Further Development of Administration, and Human Resource Development (HRD). Third, the impact of the collection strategy occurs on the increase of zakat collection in Singapore each year, and at the level of distribution, so that the positive impact can be felt by the community as well as the availability of religious-social funds, the availability of educational facilities, health, social services and the availability of good means of worship .
