|Abstract:||This research aims to observe the influence of person organization fit and compensation on employees performance through job satisfaction of Lottemart Wholesale. The samples of this study are 53 respondents. The statistic research uses path analysis as statistical tools. The result of this study showed that in substruktural 1 person organization fit and compensation are partially significant influence on job satisfaction with the t value severally 2.324 and 4.698 and significant value are 0.009 and 0.000. Person organization fit and compensation are simultaneously significant influence on job satisfaction with the f value is 35.697 and significant value is 0.000. In substructural 2 showed that person organization fit, compensation, and job satisfaction are particially significant influencence on employees performance with the t value severally 2.957, 13.136, -2.369 and significant value are 0.005, 0.000, 0.022. Person organization fit, compensation, and job satisfaction are simultaneously significant influence on employees performance with the f value is 131.437 and significant value is 0.000 . Meanwhile, Partially has significant indir ect influence among person organization fit and compensation on employe es performance through job satisfaction with the t value severally -0.0331 and -0.1650. The most dominant variable influence is compensation. Contribution of This research to the Lottemart Wholesale is to observe the human resources issues that occur and also find solutiuons as well as the correct handling of outlet ciputat.|
