Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of service uality and marketing public relation on corporate image of Bank BRI. Probability sampling methods has been selected in order to obtain the data in this study. This research used 100 Respondent and respondent overall are UIN Jakarta student who had a transaction in KK Bank BRI UIN Jakarta. Methods of analysis used is the multiple linear regression model. The result showed that: service quality and marketing public relation have signifikan influance simultaneously and partialy on corporate image of BANK BRI.
