|Abstract:||The purpose of this study was to analyze the work discipline and work motivation toward employee performance. The total sample in this research are 80 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that there are simultaneous influence on variables (ork discipline and work motivation) toward employee performance, seen significant value under 0.05 and value Fvalue (83.742) > Ftable (3.12). The result this research also show the value of the variable work discipline of tvalue registration (2.751) and work motivation registration (10.926) higher than ttable (1.98) then declared there is influence toward employee performance. On the determination test there is influence of 67.7% of the independent variables (work discipline and work motivation) toward dependent variable (employee performance). Meanwhile, a total of 32.3% is affected by other variables and not included into this regression analysis, such as style of leadership, career development, compensation and etc.|
