Abstract: This research uses purposive sampling of 100 respondents who have opened accounts in Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch office Darunnajah with the provision of account opening for at least one year. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. These findings prove that the variable islamic marketing mix has significant influence partially on the customer's decision process in Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch office Darunnajah. When the statistical test “t”, where “tcount” is bigger than “t table” that is 3,463 > 1,984 and the significance probability value is 0,001 < 0,05, then variable reference group has significant influence partially on the customer's decision process in Bank Mualat Indonesia branch office Darunnajah. When the statistical test “t” where “t count” is greater than “t table”, that is 4,460> 1,984 and the significance probability value is 0,000< 0,05, then variable religiosity has significant influence partially on the customer's decision process in Bank Mualat Indonesia branch office Darunnajah. When the statistical test “t” where “t count” is greater than “t table”, that is 2,048 > 1,984 and the significance probability value is 0,043 < 0,05, and the variable islamic marketing mix, reference group, and religiosity together have a significant effect simultaneously on the customer's decision process in Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch office Darunnajah. Based on the results of “ANOVA” test or “F” test it is obtained that the value of “F count” 13,235 while “F table” value in this research is 2,70, therefore it can be concluded that 13,235 > 2,70 and the probability of significance in this research is 0,000 < 0,005.
