Abstract: The sample was obtained by purposive sampling method, and selected 51 respondents as sample. While data analysis used in this research include: data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The result of partial significant test (t test statistic) from analysis and discussion of research indicates that: 1) organizational commitment, with tvalue 5,890> ttable 2.01174 and significance value 0,000. Using the 0.05 significance limit, 0.000 <0.05. This means that organizational commitment (X1) has a significant influence on the performance of employees partially. 2) work discipline, with tvalue 2.625> ttable 2.01174 and significance value of 0.011. Using the 0.05 significance limit, 0.011 < 0.05. This means that the discipline of work (X2) has a significant influence on the performance of employees partially. 3) organizational climate, with tcount 8,274> ttable 2.01174 and significance value 0,000. Using the 0.05 significance limit, 0.000 <0.05. Thus, the organizational climate (X3) has a significant influence on the performance of employees partially. While simultaneous significant test results (f test) show that Fvalue 388,401> Ftable 2,80. This means that organizational commitment variable (X1), work discipline (X2) and organizational climate (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance in PT.
