|Abstract:||The primary sample data was taken from 100 consumers “buying and selling forum of Kaskus” in Ciputat area, the questionnaire containing 42 items of questions. The data were analyzed using path. The results showed that simultaneously and partially variables of trust, service quality, and price, have significantly influence on satisfaction and the impact of customer loyalty.|
