Abstract: The population in this study is the Islamic Banks operating in Indonesia for five years (2011-2015). This study using purposive sampling method with variable DPK, CAR, ROA on Musharaka financing. After being selected, the target population amounted to 7 banks, among which the Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank BRI Syariah, Bank Syariah Bukopin, Bank Jabar Banten Syariah, Bank BCA Syariah and Bank Panin Syariah. The analytical method used is the panel data regression. The model chosen is the Random Effect, based on research results together (simultaneously) note that DPK, CAR, ROA has effect together (simultaneously) to the Musharaka financing. While the partial results of the study, the Third Party Funds (TPF) effect on Musharaka financing, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) affects musyarakah probability value 0,0014 < 0,05.
