Abstract: Berdasarkan masalah mengenai rendahnya hasil belajar dan self-efficacy siswa, maka mendorong penulis untuk melakukan penelitian tentang Penerapan Think Pair Share pada Pembelajaran Tematik untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar dan Self-Efficacy Siswa Kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar dan self-efficacy pada pembelajaran tematik melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran Think Pair Share pada siswa kelas IV di SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan desain penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, tes, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode alur yaitu data dianalisis sejak tindakan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dan dikembengkan selama proses pembelajaran. Keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan indikator siswa yang mendapat nilai > Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada pembelajaran tematik dari kondisi awal yaitu 64% menjadi 90%. 2) terdapat peningkatan self- efficacy dilihat dari selfefficacy akademik, self- efficacy sosial dan self- efficacy emosional sebesar 10% dari kondisi awal yaitu 80% menjadi 90%. Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, Self-efficacy, Think Pair Share Based on the problem of low learning outcome and student self-efficacy, the writer conducted the research on The Application of Think Pair Share on Thematic Learning to Improve Learning Outcomes and Self-Efficacy of Grade IV Students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School 12 Pamulang. This study aims to describe the improvement of learning outcomes and self-efficacy on thematic learning through the implementation of Think Pair Share learning strategy in fourth grade students atMuhammadiyah Elementary School 12 Pamulang. This research used qualitative research with classroom action design, which was implemented in two cycles. The subject of this research was Grade IV Students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School 12 Pamulang. The data collection techniques used observations, tests, field notes, and documentations. The data analysis was done on qualitative descriptive method with the groove. The groove method was the data analysed since learning action is implemented and developed during the learning process. The Validity of the data obtained in this research using triangulation of sources. The results of this research are 1) There is an improvement of student learning outcomes with student indicators that got value > the Minimum of Completeness Criteria (KKM) on thematic learning from the initial conditions that is 64% to 90%; 2) There is an increase in self- efficacy seen from academic self- efficacy, social self- efficacy and emotional self- efficacy by 10% from primary conditions that is 80% to 90%.
