Abstract: Hitch (2005) movie directed by Andy Tennant is the unit of analysis in this research. The aims of this research are to observe the main character in Hitch movie by analyzing his characteristic and defining it through Abraham Maslow Theory the Hierarchy of Human Needs. The writer uses qualitative descriptive method to reveal the findings. All data are collected from the dialogue, the picture taken from the movie, and the movie script to support the analysis. The result shows that Hitch as the main character can fulfill all of the five levels of needs Physiological Needs, Safety Needs, Love Needs, Esteem Needs, and Self- Actualization Needs.
