Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify the preparation made by teachers of Islamic Schools in implementing the Assessment Standard in Education for the Curricula 2013 in the South Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method with sample size of 167 teachers aged between 23-58 years old. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using frequencies and percentages. Results of this study indicate that the teachers from the Islamic Schools in South Jakarta were not well-equipped with the knowledge of the Assessment Standard for the Curricula 2013. To help the teachers have better preparation for implementing the Assessment Standard for the Curricula 2013, effective training on the Curricula 2013 and Assessment Standard is required
