|Abstract:||It is acknowladge from the prelaminary research that some hypermedia which have been published for public consumption by the Center of Technology and Communication owned by Indonesian government or others private company still have problems in the learning approchment included in it. The purpose of this research is to develop hypermedia based on contextual teaching and learning in the theory kinetic of gasses as one solution offered to this case. This descriptive evaluative research devided into three steps, i.e. the prelimenary research, data collecting, and the final step (closing). The first step, researcher analyzes senior high school's curriculum to find out the standart competence (SK) and based competence (KD), and also analyze the previous hypermedia as the back ground for this hypermedia making. Than to test the hypermedia’s expediency, the hypermedia should be validated by experts and implemented to students. The data comes from experts jugment, students’s learning outcomes, and 20 students comment in using the product. The result from experts of media and physics content are 70% and 78% with categories good, than the result from expert of learning strategy is 60% with category good enought. The average of students learning outcomes is 80.4 and it is also have positif respons from student with the percentage 97.5%.|
