Abstract: This research aims to find empirical evidences regarding the effect of auditor’s professionalism, organization commitment, and job stress on internal auditor’s performance. The respondents in this research are internal auditors who work in institute of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). The number of auditors that were become sampling in this study were 35 auditors. This research based on convenience sampling method. The total of research samples are 210 financial statements. Hypothesis in this research using multiple regression analysis technique. The results of this research indicated that organization commitment has significant effect on internal auditor’s performance. While professionalism and job stress have no significant effect on internal auditor’s performance. This research also indicated that interaction between professionalism, organization commitment, and job stress has significant effect simultaneously on internal auditor’s performance.
