|Abstract:||There are differences between the western and Islamic thought concerning human understanding and its development theory. This will have a big impact on how people articulate education. Which in turn also has implications for models of learning, curriculum materials and other learning tools. An experiment on the stimulus for examples, western thought using the dog as an experimental model. And the experimental results are used as reference the academic world. Is Islamic scientists also use the animals as model? Furthermore darwintheory, which says that man was created first Adam. But the most crucial difference from the western and Islamic thought is ; western thought argues that the most important body part is the brain of the human being, so that all activities are maximized to optimize brain function, whereas the most important thing in Islamic is the soul, so the first educational training to fit the nature of the soul, then the physical activities performed in order to guide his spirit toward nature.|
